Dispatch time
- Ready-to-wear and unstitched items: usually dispatched within 2–4 working days.
- Custom stitching / embroidery orders: timeline shared when the order is confirmed (typically 7–15 days).
- DST design files: download link is shown after payment is confirmed.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges are shown at checkout. Orders above the free-shipping amount shown on the website ship free.
Tracking
Once shipped, tracking details are added to your order. You can check status on the Track Order page.
